    Used callsign VHRCV.

    28 December 1949

    To Garuda with new c/r PK-RCV.

    7 August 1956

    To Garuda with new c/r PK-GDK {2}.

    22 November 1969

    To PN Merpati Nusantara keeping c/r PK-GDK {2}.

    From 1970 to 1972

    To Zamrud Aviation with new c/r PK-ZDI {2}.

    By 1973

    Permanently withdrawn from use.
    In derelict condition at Densapar, Bali.
