    Involved in an incident.
    Summarized NTSB narrative from report number MIA81IA058: There were no fatalities. Incident occurred at 12:10 hours. There was minor damage. The flight departed from San Juan, PR, with the destination St Thomas, Vi. The propellar failed while cruising. Report remarks include: Remarks- AN-282 bolt sepd from hartzell EHC-A3VF-2B/7336N prop blade clamp, hit pax. Bolt not cold rolled. Incident occurred at or near St Thomas, VI.
