    To Transcontinental Air Transport (TAT) with new c/r NC9645.
    Operated with markings: City of Wichita

    1930

    To Transcontinental and Western Air keeping c/r NC9645.
    TAT renamed after merger.

    16 July 1935

    To Grover Ruckstell/Grand Canyon Airlines of Arizona keeping c/r NC9645.

    February 1937

    To Grand Canyon-Boulder Dam Tours keeping c/r NC9645.

    From 11 December 1937 to 1946

    To Transportes A; eroeos del Continente Americano (TACA), Honduras with new c/r AN-AAS.

    From December 1937 to 1946

    Aircraft was registered in Nicaragua where it flew for TACA.

    1946

    To Ricardo Izurienta, Campeche, Mexico with new c/r XA-FUB.
    Aircraft was flown commercially.

    1950

    To Augusto DArgence, Campeche, Mexico with new c/r XB-NET (Ford 5-AT-B Tri-Motor, 5-AT-8).

    February 1951

    Restored.
    Aircraft was completely overhauled by Servicios Aeronauticos de Mexico, SA, of Mexico City. Corrugated skin was replaced with modern Dural sheet metal.

    January 1954

    Crashed.
    Summary: The airframe was written off. The accident occurred at at an unknown location (United States of America) while landing. Narrative: Suffered a runway excursion when a wheel locked on landing. The airplane came to rest in a ditch. It was not repaired.

    Sold as is in poor condition.

    July 1964

    To William F. Harrah (Harrahs Club of Reno, NV) with new c/r N9645.
    Added to Harrahs Automobile Collection.

    From July 1964 to 1971

    Restored.
    Full restoration including re-installation of corrugated skin.

    Flown from Reno, NV to Newark, NJ so TWA could commemorate their first all-air service of 1930.

    Purchased for $1.5 million at auction.

    To Evergreen Vintage Aircraft, McMinneville, OR keeping c/r N9645.
