    From Circa January 1917 to April 1917

    Constructed as a Triplane.
    Constructed started but an order was given to convert the aircraft to twin-gunned airframes from their original single gun mountings. The new order delayed construction.

    19 October 1917

    Taken on Strength/Charge with the Royal Air Force with s/n N5912.
    Construction completed.

    From 1918 to 1919

    Transferred to No 2 School of Aerial Fighting and Gunnery, Marske, Yorkshire.

    By 1924

    To Imperial War Museum, Crystal Palace, London.

    From 1924 to 1932

    Loaned to Science Museum, South Kensington, London, London, England.
    Dismantled in poor condition.

    From 12 May 1932 to 6 June 1932

    On behalf of the owner stored with/at HAD Henlow.

    On behalf of the owner stored with/at Royal Airship Works, Cardington, Bedfordshire.
    Stored dismantled in poor condition.

    4 February 1936

    To RAF.
    He remains were recoved from the dump at Cardington.

    On behalf of the owner stored with/at RAF Hendon.

    From 1939 to 1945

    Stored during the war, possibly at Hendon.

    By 21 June 1945

    On behalf of the owner stored with/at No 5 MU, Kemble.
    Possibly stored at Kemble.

    15 October 1945

    Again recovered from a salvage heap with restoration to follow.

    By 31 January 1946

    To Aircraft Historical Branch.
    Alloted to the AHB.

    July 1946

    Crated at Wroughton for museum preservation.

    December 1946

    On behalf of the owner stored with/at German Airforce Equipment Centre, Stanmore Park.

    1950

    Contracted to No 39 MU Colerne, Wilts for work on the airframe.
    Sent to No 39 for restoration.

    From 19 July 1951 to 21 July 1951

    Loaned to RAF Museum, Hendon.
    Displayed at Hendon.

    Restored at Hawkers including redoping the skins.

    On behalf of the owner stored with/at RAF Biggen Hill.

    1964

    Loaned to Fleet Air Arm Museum, Yeovilton.

    Circa October 1964

    On behalf of the owner stored with/at RAF Henlow.

    From 1965 to 1967

    Contracted to RAF Museum, Hendon for work on the airframe.
    Restored at Hendon.

    1968

    Loaned to Science Museum, South Kensington, London, London, England.
