    Constructed as a F-4C-18-MC by at Saint Louis, Missouri, USA.

    5 March 1964

    First flight.

    2 June 1964

    Taken on Strength/Charge with the United States Air Force with s/n 63-7477.

    3 June 1965

    Was equipped with 35mm camera pods on their left Inboard pylon that followed the Gemini 4 to capture any oscillations from the rocket as it progressed up.

    Transferred to 4453rd Combat Crew Training Wing, Davis-Monthan AFB, AZ.

    By July 1982

    Transferred to 310th TTS, 58th Tactical Fighter Training Wing, Luke AFB, AZ.
    Operated with markings: LA

    By July 1983

    Transferred to 184th TFS, 188th TFG, Arkansas ANG, Fort Smith ANGB, AR.
    Operated with markings: ARKANSAS

    July 1986

    To Robins AFB, GA.
    BDR Trainer.

    To Museum of Aviation, Warner Robins, Macon, GA.
    Only the front fuselage survives here.
