    Taken on Strength/Charge with the Royal Air Force with s/n KL110.
    Officially taken on strength by the RAF while in transit to the UK.

    5 February 1945

    To No 7 Aircraft Assembly Unit, Martin Hearn Ltd, Hooton Park, Cheshire.
    Assembled at No 7.

    27 February 1945

    First flight.
    First post-assembly flight at Hooton park.

    2 March 1945

    Assigned to No 48 MU, RAF Hawarden for storage.
    Stored at Hawarden.

    25 October 1945

    Transferred to Helicopter Training Flight, No 43 Operational Training Unit, RAF Andover.

    28 January 1946

    To Transport Command Development Unit, RAF Brize Norton.
    Assigned to Transport Command.

    Took on duties as the mail carrier to an from RAF Dyce, Aberdeen and the Royal residence at Balmoral Castle, making a Dyce - Balmoral run in the morning with a return service later in the day to connect with the regular mail flight to London.

    30 September 1947

    Transferred to Transport Command Development Unit, RAF Brize Norton.

    Assigned to No 29 MU, RAF High Ercall for storage.

    Transferred to General Aircraft Co, Feltham.

    Evaluated as Cat. B. and repaired at General Aircraft.
