    Summarized NTSB narrative from report number ANC71DAA23: There were no fatalities. Incident occurred at 11:51 hours. The damage was substantial. Incident occurred at the Prudhoe Bay Airport, Prudhoe Bay, AK. The flight departed from Prudhoe Bay, AK, with the destination Prudhoe Bay, AK. Undershot while on final approach to land. Collided with an object on touch down. Report remarks include: Student started go-around instr reduced pwr. Student thought i/p had control. Hit runway threshold.

    Summarized NTSB narrative from report number ANC72DAA27: There were no fatalities. Incident occurred at 07:20 hours. The damage was substantial. Incident occurred at the Atlantic-richfiel Airport, Prudhoe Bay, AK. This was a local flight from Prudhoe Bay, AK. Ground looped or water swerved during the takeoff run. The gear collapsed while aborting takeoff. The factors included; there was ice slush on the runway and overload failure. Report remarks include: Aircraft ran off left side of rwy.
