    Constructed as a York C.I by Avro at Yeadon.

    October 1945

    Taken on Strength/Charge with the Royal Air Force with s/n TS798.
    The delivery date is provided. Delivered with RAF roudels and serial applied. It is interesting to note only 25 of the 60 ordered were actually delivered.

    8 November 1945

    To BOAC, Croydon Airport with c/r G-AGNV.
    Delivered on this date with serial TS798 still applied.

    1 February 1947

    Entered scheduled BOAC service as Morville on the Calcutta route.

    7 October 1950

    BOAC withdraw its last Yorks from passenger service.

    Converted to a freighter.

    From 17 November 1954 to 20 November 1954

    Ferry flight.
    Final BOAC Flight, a ferry flight from Karachi to Heathrow.

    30 March 1955

    To Skyways Ltd.
    Used for tour and charter work.

    Circa May 1964

    Withdrawn from use.
    Retired from use as Skyways last York and placed in storage at Luton.

    9 October 1964

    Ferry flight.
    The last ever flight by any Avro York, flown from Heathrow to Staverton via RAF Colerne.

    9 October 1964

    To Skyfame Collection, Staverton.

    Markings Applied: LV633
    Repainted in camouflage markings of 24 Squadron.
