    Constructed as a HH-60J.

    1990

    Taken on Strength/Charge with the United States Navy with BuNo 163835.
    USN Air Systems Command served as procuring agent in a program linking the HH-60J order with 18 HH-60H strike rescue-special warfare support aircraft for USNR. Because of this, the aircraft under this order were issued a Navy BuNo but the USN transferred them directly to the USCG.

    Taken on Strength/Charge with the United States Coast Guard with s/n 6035.

    Transferred to CGAS Clearwater, FL.

    By November 1998

    Transferred to Aircraft Repair and Supply Center, CGAS Elizabeth City, NC.

    By 2002

    Transferred to USCG Air Station San Diego, CA.
