Incident occurred at the Bradley Airport, Windsor Lock, CT. There was an unspecified incident while in flight. The factors included; seat belt no fastened, wrong part and jammed. Report remarks include: Improper retaining ring installed in hydro by-pass valve- passenger got out of seat contra orders.
