    Involved in an incident.
    Summarized NTSB narrative from report number NYC65A0095: There were no fatalities. Incident occurred at 16:30 hours. The aircraft was not damaged. Incident occurred at the Bradley Airport, Windsor Lock, CT. There was an unspecified incident while in flight. The factors included; seat belt no fastened, wrong part and jammed. Report remarks include: Improper retaining ring installed in hydro by-pass valve- passenger got out of seat contra orders.
