    Constructed as a P-61B-1.
    232nd Black Widow produced.

    Circa 1942

    Taken on Strength/Charge with the United States Army Air Force with s/n 42-39445.

    Transferred to 550th NFS, New Guinea.
    Was the first P-61 assigned to the 550th NFS.

    10 January 1945

    Crashed.
    Piloted by Lt. Logan Southfield, it crashedon the slopes of Mount Cyclops near Hollandia Airfield in New Guinea during a proficiency flight.

    1 June 1988

    To Mid Atlantic Air Museum, Reading, PA with new c/r N550NF.

    1991

    Recovered.
    Recovered for the Mid-Atlantic Museum.

    Based at Mid-Atlantic Air Museum, Reading, PA.
