    Taken on Strength/Charge with the United States Air Force with s/n 69-7699.

    This aircraft was kept in the USA for testing purposes, primarily at Eglin AFB.

    Transferred to 552nd Airborne Early Warning Wing, McClellan AFB, CA.

    By June 1972

    Transferred to 68th Tactical Air Support Group, Eglin AFB, FL.

    2 October 1972

    Transferred to the Military Aircraft Storage and Disposal Center (MASDC) with inventory number HX006.

    19 July 1973

    Struck off Strength/Charge from the United States Air Force.

    19 April 1974

    To Sidney Technical College, NE with new c/r N90637.

    To USAF Museum, Dayton, OH keeping c/r N90637.

    To National Museum of the United States Air Force, Wright Field, Dayton, OH.
