    28 April 1984

    Crashed.
    There was one serious injury and were two minor injuries. The accident occurred at the San Manuel Airport (E77) San Manuel, AZ, United States while landing. The airframe was destroyed. The aircraft skidded off the departure end of the runway collapsing the landing gear in a ditch as it caught on fire. This acftwas on a ferry flight and had several mechanical problems. Among these was the prop reversers which failed on landing...

    Summary: The airframe was destroyed. The ferrying/positioning flight departed St. Petersburg International Airport, FL (PIE/KPIE), United States of America and was destined for Chandler-Stellar Air Park, AZ (SLJ), United States of America. The accident occurred at San Manuel, AZ (United States of America) while landing. Narrative: While enroute it appeared that the anti-icing system did not work properly. This forced the crew to divert to San Manuel. Because the airspeed indicators malfunctioned during the landing phase, the aircraft landed with a much too high speed...
