    Was 2nd H model B-25 built. Prototype cannon nose version.

    Taken on Strength/Charge with the United States Army Air Force with s/n 43-4106.

    26 August 1943

    Transferred to 4020th Base Unit, Wright Field, OH.

    25 January 1944

    Transferred to 610th Base Unit, Eglin AB Proving Grounds, FL.

    1 March 1944

    Transferred to 4000th Base Unit, Wright Field, OH.

    Used in the AAF testing program in a variety of tests ranging from armament testing of the cannon to electronic and flight characteristics. Remained in the testing program until the end of the war. (The B-25 History Project).

    Transferred to Reconstruction Finance Corporation, Walnut Ridge, AR.

    May 1946

    To Oklahoma Agricultural Mechanical College, Stillwater, OK.
    Used in technical program.

    1950

    Taken on Strength/Charge with the Aviacion Militar Dominicana with s/n 2501.

    1950

    Transferred to Cuerpo de Aviaciaan Militar Dominicana.

    Transferred to Escuadraan de Caza-Bombardeos.

    June 1951

    To Federal Security Administrator.

    From August 1951 to 1961

    To Bendix Aviation Corporation, Detroit, MI with new c/r N5548N.

    From 1951 to 1961

    Used primarily to test landing gear and auto pilot systems for the military. November of 1955, she was fitted with fully operating F-101 nose gear for testing. (The B-25 History Project).

    Ferry flight. Delivered to Lambert Field, Plainfield, IL.

    Withdrawn from use.

    Did not move the aircraft.

    To Louis A. Fulgaro (and) Walter Wild/Weary Warriors Squadron, New Lenox, IL keeping c/r N5548N.

    17 October 1981

    Ferry flight.
    The intention was to fly to Springfield, IL, but after departing Lambert Field suffered engine failure and landed at Clow Airport in Plainfield, IL. After departure, engine again failed and flight continued to Springfield.

    Transported by ground.
    By truck to Rockford, IL, for rebuild.

    Based at Weary Warriors Squadron, Greater Rockford Airport (RFD), Rockford, IL.
