Crashed.
The accident occurred at the Kissimmee Airport (ISM) Kissimmee, FL, United States while landing. The damage was substantial. During the landing roll, when the pilot applied the brakes to slow the airplane, one brake locked. According to the pilot, after touching down on the runway center line, all [was] straight with the rudder control. When the tail came down the rudder authority diminished and when the pilot applied the brakes, the airplane departed the runway to the right and nosed over...

Crashed.
The accident occurred at Lake Buena Vist, FL, United States while cruising. The damage was substantial. During cruise flight, the pilot noted an engine vibration followed by a total loss of engine power. He made a forced landing, but was unable to reach suitable terrain. During the landing rollout, he observed a ditch and intentionally ground looped the airplane, but the airplane collided with a pole. Examination of the propeller revealed the propeller retention nut was hand tight...
