    Constructed as an AH-1G.

    Circa 1969

    Taken on Strength/Charge with the United States Army with s/n 68-15133.

    Circa 1981

    Converted to an AH-1S (Modernized).

    By August 1988

    Transferred to 4th Armored Cavalry Regiment, 3rd Infantry Division (Mechanized), Germany.

    Circa September 1988

    Redesignated as AH-1F.

    Assigned to Fort Drum, NY for storage.

    To Fort McCoy, WI.
    Placed on display.

    Restored with the tail boom from 68-17101,which was TOS USMC as 15739 and later returned to be converted to AH-1S.

    By December 2002

    To American Legion Post 237, Footville, WI.
