    Summarized NTSB narrative from report number LAX67A0048: There were no fatalities. Incident occurred at 21:05 hours. The damage was substantial. Incident occurred at the Los Angeles International Airport, Los Angeles, CA. Collided with a fence while taxiing from landing. The factors included; airport conditions were a factor. Report remarks include: Pilot taxied in unlighted ramp area without ground cntl instr. Struck unlighted fence. Left landing light out.
