Incident occurred at the Los Angeles International Airport, Los Angeles, CA. Collided with a fence while taxiing from landing. The factors included; airport conditions were a factor. Report remarks include: Pilot taxied in unlighted ramp area without ground cntl instr. Struck unlighted fence. Left landing light out.
