    Crashed.
    Summary: The airframe was written off. The domestic non scheduled passenger flight departed Matagami Airport, QC (YNM/CYNM), Canada and was destined for Quebec Airport, QC (YQB/CYQB), Canada. The accident occurred at Lake Mistassini, QC (Canada) while en route. Narrative: The pilots became lost when their radio and navigation equipment failed. When they were running low on fuel, a ditching had to be carried out in the Lake Mistassini, 20 feet offshore.
