The factors included; unfavorable wind conditions. The sky conditions were clear. The visibility was 5 or over (unlimited). The wind conditions were left cross wind 248-292 degrees...

    Crashed.
    The accident occurred at the Gillespie Field Airport (SEE) El Cajon, CA, United States while landing. The damage was substantial. The pilot reported that he had been cleared to land on runway 27R and the winds were reported as calm. The pilot stated that during the landing flare the airplane ballooned up, but he was able to keep the airplane pointed down the runway. Upon touchdown, the airplane veered left...
