    Constructed as a DGA-15P.
    Construction completed.

    1 September 1940

    To Elizabeth Haskell Fleitas, Wilmington, DE with new c/r NC100Y.

    20 February 1942

    To Defense Supply Corporation keeping c/r NC100Y.
    Purchased for $20,560.

    31 March 1942

    Taken on Strength/Charge with the United States Navy with BuNo 09769 as a GH-1.
    TOS at NAS Brooklyn, NY.

    1 April 1942

    Transferred to Glenn Martin Field, Baltimore, MD.
    It worked for the inspector of naval aircraft (INA) shuttling engineers, inspectors, and administrators working on the production of the Martin Torpedo Bombers (TBM Avenger).

    April 1943

    Transferred to NAS Norfolk, VA.

    From April 1943 to October 1943

    Assigned to Commander-in-Chief, U.S. Atlantic Fleet. The bulk of its flying during this period was conducted to Glenn Martin, Norfolk, Richmond, Anacostia with other excursions to Winston-Salem, Hagerstown, and Raleigh.

    23 October 1943

    Damaged.
    Nosed over on landing, requiring engine replacement, new cowling, new brakes and wheel fairings.

    20 November 1943

    Released back to service after repairs completed.

    January 1944

    Transferred to NAS San Manteo, NC.

    From February 1944 to Circa September 1945

    Moved to several bases, such as Hampton Roads; Atlanta; Franklin, Virginia.

    October 1944

    Major overhaul that included the engine change along with an oil cooler change.

    March 1945

    Modified tail wheel assembly installed.

    Circa October 1945

    Transferred to Replacement Pool, NAS Norfolk, VA.

    Circa January 1947

    Complete overhaul.

    17 February 1947

    Struck off Strength/Charge from the United States Navy.

    February 1947

    To Lucille Hagen, Minneapolis, MN with new c/r N5432N.

    December 1947

    To Continental Air Services, Holman Field, Saint. Paul, MN keeping c/r N5432N.

    Circa 1948

    To J. R. James, Moline, IL keeping c/r N5432N.

    Circa 1949

    To McFarland Motors, Cincinnati, OH keeping c/r N5432N.

    October 1950

    To Thomas Warner, Cincinnati, OH keeping c/r N5432N.
