The propellar or rotor injured a person with rotors idling. Report remarks include: Pilot deplaned and walked into rotating t/r. Cholinesterase ck not performed. Incident occurred at or near Brentwood, CA.

    Summarized NTSB narrative from report number OAK73FVM40: There were no fatalities. Incident occurred at 07:20 hours. The airframe was destroyed. Incident occurred at the Salinas Airport, Salinas, CA. This was a local flight from Quail Creek, CA. The rotor failed while starting a crop dusting run. Experienced an uncontrolled collision with terrain in an uncontrolled descent. Report remarks include: Mn rotor hub assembly, p/n 51437-7, fractured thru counter balance studs.
