    Constructed as a F-16A Block 10.

    Circa 1979

    Taken on Strength/Charge with the United States Air Force with s/n 79-0290.

    From 21 July 1980 to 1982

    This was the F-16 used during the official naming ceremony which was held on July 21st, 1980. Wore a large colorful emblem just behind the canopy with Fighting Falcon titles. The art work was done by Salt Lake City artists Matt and Mark Waki. The marking was removed in 1982.

    Transferred to 388th Tactical Fighter Wing, Hill AFB, UT.

    By 1984

    Transferred to 169th Tactical Fighter Group, McIntyre ANGB, SC.

    March 1984

    Participated in Gunsmoke 85 competition at Nellis AFB, NV.

    To National Museum of the United States Air Force Loan Program, Wright Field, Dayton, OH.
