    Taken on Strength/Charge with the United States Air Force with s/n 59-0069.

    27 May 1960

    To 438th FIS, 507th FG, Kincheloe AFB MI.
    507th FG to Wing in 1961.

    2 January 1964

    Damaged.
    Landing gear/wing damage (Aborted take-off, tore up barrier and A/C).

    8 February 1964

    Repair started.
    AFLC (McClellan on paper) for repair, Kincheloe.

    9 July 1964

    Repair completed.
    Transferred back to the 438th FIS.

    29 August 1968

    Transferred to To 438th FIS Griffiss AFB NY.

    30 September 1968

    Transferred to 49th FIS Griffiss AFB NY.

    October 1978

    Notes: By the time this photo was taken, 59-0069 was either the Director of Air Operations or Squadron Commanders jet as denoted by the command stripes behind the cockpit.

    December 1983

    Written off.
    Trim pad accident at Griffiss. From Retired MSgt Ronald F. LeJeune and MSgt Brian Williams, USAF Ret. on 14 Jan 2004 - he was running 069 on the trim pad when the right main gear gave way and folded, damaging the trunnion pin area of the wing, resulting in 069 becoming a display.

    To National Museum of the United States Air Force Loan Program, Wright Field, Dayton, OH.
