    Taken on Strength/Charge with the United States Air Force with s/n 66-7661.

    By February 1968

    Transferred to 435th TFS, 8th TFW, Ubon Air Base, Thailand.
    Operated with markings: FO

    14 February 1968

    Credited with shooting down MiG-17 over North Vietnam. Crew at the time was Col. David O. Williams, Jr. (Pilot) and 1st Lt. James P. Feighny, Jr. (WSO), flying with callsign Killer-01. Kill was made using AIM-7E.

    By May 1972

    Transferred to 555th TFS, 8th TFW, Udorn Royal Thai Air Force Base, Thailand.
    Operated with markings: OY

    11 May 1972

    Credited with shooting down MiG-21 over North Vietnam. Crew at the time was Capt. Steven E. Nichols (Pilot) and 1st Lt. James R. Bell (WSO), flying with callsign Gopher-02. Kill was made using AIM-7E-2.

    Transferred to 49th TFW, Holloman AFB, NM.
    Operated with markings: HO

    Transferred to 36th TFW, Bitburg Air Base, Germany.

    1974

    Transferred to 35th TFS, 8th TFW, Kunsan Air Base, South Korea.

    From 1983 to 1989

    Transferred to 121st TFS, 113th TFW, Washington D. C. ANG, Andrews AFB, MD.
    Operated with markings: DC
