    Involved in an incident.
    Summarized NTSB narrative from report number ANC69A0044: There were no fatalities. Incident occurred at 18:58 hours. The damage was substantial. Incident occurred at the Lake 18 Strip Airport, Barrow, AK. The gear collapsed during the landing rollout. Report remarks include: Volpar conversion. Nosewheel fork broke.

    12 July 1984

    Crashed.
    The accident occurred at Mcalester, OK, United States while cruising. The damage was substantial. About 40 miles from mcalester airport, the light engine lost power was shutdown. While attempting a precautionary landing at the arptthe right engine lost all power. While making an emergency descent the pilot attempted to stretch the glide. The aircraft collided with trees 300 feet short of the runway...
