    With Detachment 84, HC-4, while deployed aboard USCG Icebreaker West Wind enroute Thule Air Base, Greenland, this was the first UH-2 to cross Arctic Circle.

    Converted to an UH-2C.

    Transferred to Combat Support Squadron 7 (HC-7), NAS Atsugi, Japan.

    By 1971

    Transferred to Combat Support Squadron 5 (HC-5), NS Agana, Guam.

    Circa 1975

    Converted to a SH-2F.

    From By June 1977 to After April 1988

    Transferred to Air Test and Evaluation Squadron 1 (VX-1), NAS Patuxent River, MD.
    Operated with markings: JA-30

    By August 1991

    Transferred to Helicopter Anti-Submarine Squadron Light 30 (HSL-30), Lakehurst, NJ.
    Operated with markings: HT-042

    22 September 1993

    To National Museum of Naval Aviation, Pensacola, FL with new c/r N7096P.
