    Involved in an incident.
    Summarized NTSB narrative from report number FTW74DRA04: There were no fatalities. Incident occurred at 17:20 hours. The damage was substantial. Incident occurred at the Chaney Airport, Beaumont, TX. This was a local flight from Beaumont, TX. The engine failed or malfunctioned while circling in the traffic pattern. The aircraft nosed over during the landing rollout. The factors included; rough uneven terrain. There was complete power loss in the failure of one engine...

    Crashed.
    The accident occurred at the Petaluma Airport (069) Petaluma, CA, United States while going around. The damage was substantial. The pilot was practicing touch go takeoffs and landings. On the last landing approach the pilot executed a go-around. During the go-around the pilot failed to properly use the rudder, lost control of the airplane and collided with the airports wind tetrehedron. Continuity of the flight control system was established.
