    Summarized NTSB narrative from report number CHI65F0012: There were no fatalities. Incident occurred at 12:20 hours. The damage was substantial. Incident occurred at the Metropolitan Airport, Indianapolis, IN. Landed wheels up on touch down. Report remarks include: Landing gear switch handle loose. Pilot failed to properly utilize emergency extension system.

Shortly thereafter, experienced elevator control difficulties and yoke vibrations. Pilot declared emerg, requested vector to closest airport. Mtn home AFB rapcon gave vector to glenns ferry airport...
