Circa 1959		Taken on Strength/Charge with the United States Navy with BuNo 147217.
6 July 1962		Redesignated as E-1B.
By 1969		Transferred to Airborne Early Warning Squadron 121 (VAW-121), NAS Norfolk, VA. Operated with markings: AU-75
After July 1970		Transferred to Airborne Early Warning Squadron 78 (VAW-78), NAS Norfolk, VA. Operated with markings: AF-11
19 November 1977		Permanently withdrawn from use. Retired this date as the last E-1B in service.
22 November 1977		Struck off Strength/Charge from the United States Navy.
Circa December 1977		In the inventory of National Naval Aviation Museum-Loan Program, NAS Pensacola, Pensacola, FL. View the Location Dossier
