    Crashed.
    Summarized NTSB narrative from report number NYC70A0040: There was one fatality. Incident occurred at 14:30 hours. The airframe was destroyed. Incident occurred at the Nedrow Airpark Airport, Nedrow, NY. The flight departed from Nedrow, NY, with the destination Buffalo, NY. Stalled and/or mushed while performing aerobatics. Report remarks include: Spun from low altitude snap roll. Aircraft had spoilers installed on bottom wg recently.

    To John A. Moss Jr, Tulsa, OK keeping c/r N69CB.

    7 July 1982

    Crashed.
    There was one serious injury. The accident occurred at the Saudride Airport Tulsa, OK, United States while taking off. The damage was substantial. A witness located at the departure end of the runway stated that the aircraft climbed to an altitude of approximately 400 feet when the engine stopped running. In a nose high atitude the left wing was observed to drop and a stall occurred. The pilot had no recollection of events before or after the accident.
