    Flew with Formation Team Yellow Section as #4 based at the Canadian Warplane Heritage, Mt Hope, Ontario. Markings were those of the Goldilocks Flight flown by the instructors at RCAF Base, Moose Jaw, Saskatchewan.

    Crashed.
    The accident occurred at the Lake Cumberland RGNL Airport (SME) Somerset, KY, United States while landing. The damage was substantial. The pilot of the tailwheel equipped airplane reported that during the landing roll and after the tail wheel touched down, the airplane swerved to the right, then to the left and veered off the runway to the right and impacted an airport sign. The airplane sustained substantial damage to the right aileron...
