    Certificate of airworthiness for NX90840 (A75N1(PT17), 75-1619) issued.

    22 May 1987

    Crashed.
    There was one serious injury. The accident occurred at San Ardo, CA, United States while cruising. The damage was substantial. During a pleasure cross country flight, the engine experienced a partial loss of engine power. The pilot made a forced landing where prior to touchdown the aircraft collided with power lines then contacted the terrain in approximately three feet of water. The aircraft has history of fouled spark plugs resulting in a rough running engine...
