Incident occurred at the Bradley International Airport, Windsor Lock, CT. The flight departed from Windsor Lock, CT, with the destination New York, NY. Landed wheels up on touch down. Report remarks include: Diverted to bradley. Landed nose gear dn, mn gear up. Retrct nut P/N221-4 froze on gear box shaft.
