    Summarized NTSB narrative from report number MIA71DKT60: There were no fatalities. Incident occurred at 12:30 hours. The damage was substantial. This was a local flight from Ft Lauderdale, FL. Rolled over while hovering. The factors included; wet soft ground. Report remarks include: Atmptd landing swamp area, wheel equipd. Passengers wlkd fwd, shifted center of gravity beyond forward lmt. Pilot intntly rolled acft. Incident occurred at or near Ft Lauderdale, FL.
