    Dutchman. Mr Frank already owned several former RLS Tiger Moths.

    Certificate of airworthiness for N16645 (TIGER MOTH DH 82A, EM739-1) issued.

    Ronald van der Valk comments (20 October 2022): According to Dutch registration expert H. Dekker all ex-RLS Tiger Moths that have belonged to Mr. Frank have been taken apart and reassembled using parts from other Tigher Moths. His site states that ex PH-UAO/85959 was rotten and eventually scrapped, but the data plate was used to rebuild a *new* TIGER MOTH DH 82A, 85959 using parts from other airframes.
