    Taken on Strength/Charge with the United States Army Air Force with s/n 43-5279.

    20 February 1944

    Taken on Strength/Charge with the Royal Australian Air Force with s/n A71-10 and operated with these markings: KF-H.

    Transferred to No. 1 Aircraft Performance Unit (APU), Laverton.

    28 November 1947

    To Kingsford Smith Aviation Services, Mascot, NSW.

    25 November 1949

    To Gibbes-Sepik Airways, Port Moresby, New Guinea with new c/r VH-BNL.

    12 July 1950

    Crashed.
    Crashed 5 miles SSE of Goroka, New Guinea, When approaching Goroka for landing the previous day, the pilot could not see the runway due to smoke and was forced to land in a kunai grass clearing 5 miles SE of Goroka. The pilot remained in the aircraft overnight. When taking off from the clearing the port wing struck an earth mound concealed by the kunai grass causing the aircraft to crash. The aircraft was severely damaged and the pilot received minor injuries. The aircraft was dismantled in-situ and carried out in sections to Goroka by native porters.

    30 March 1960

    To Ansett-MAL with new c/r VH-GSF.

    4 October 1963

    Conversion to agricultural configuration for crop dusting.

    15 January 1969

    To Skyservice Aviation Pty Ltd, Camden NSW keeping c/r VH-GSF.

    18 January 1970

    Destroyed in a crash.
    Engine failed and burst into flames during a skydiving display off Manly Beach, Queenscliff, NSW Eight parachutists bailed out, followed by the pilot at 5,000 feet. As he floated down under his parachute, the circling Norseman came very close to hitting him. All nine parachutists were rescued by local boats. The Norseman struck the sea six miles off the beach, five miles NE Sydney Heads.
