    From Circa June 1939 to Circa April 1940

    Constructed as a Bf-109E-1 by Arado Flugzeugwerke G.m.b.H..

    1940

    Converted to a Bf-109E-7.

    Taken on Strength/Charge with the Luftwaffe with s/n CS+AJ.

    Transferred to 5./JG5.
    Operated with markings: red 6

    4 April 1942

    Crashed.
    Damaged in combat by Russian Air Force Hurricanes. Lt Widowitz made a forced landing on frozen lake near Eastern Finland with the gear up. Later sank.

    November 2002

    To Jim Pearce.
    Recovered by Jim Pearce from the lake near Murmansk. It was complete and in good condition.

    Placed in storage dismantled in Moscow.

    From January 2004 to By 2007

    To Jim Pearce, Sussex UK.
    Placed in storage in a hangar.

    September 2006

    Assembled.

    2010

    To Thoms Dan Friedkin.

    In the inventory of Comanche Fighters/Tom and Dan Friedkin, Comanche Ranch, Houston, TX.
