    Summarized NTSB narrative from report number FTW67A0013: There was one fatality. Incident occurred at 20:00 hours. The airframe was destroyed. Incident occurred at the O Brein Airport, Waxahachie, TX. Experienced a controlled collision with terrain while performing aerobatics.
