    Involved in an incident.
    Summarized NTSB narrative from report number ANC66A0046: There were no fatalities. Incident occurred at 12:10 hours. The damage was substantial. Incident occurred at the Goose Bay Airport, Anchorage, AK. Landed wheels up on touch down. The factors included; failed to use the miscellaneous aircraft conditions checklist.
