    Involved in an incident.
    Summarized NTSB narrative from report number CHI81FEP34: There were no fatalities. Incident occurred at 18: 30 hours. The airframe was destroyed. This was a local flight from Rosedale, WI. The airframe failed in flight while pulling up from a crop dusting run. The emergency circumstances included; forced off-airport landing on land. Report remarks include: Remarks- crack in doubler at the tail rotor pylon. Landed in corn fld. Incident occurred at or near Rosedale, WI.
