    Constructed as a MiG-17F.

    Taken on Strength/Charge with the Royal Moroccan Air Force with s/n CNA-FJ.

    Transported by air.
    It was brought to the U.S. through the efforts of Maj. Gen. Boots Blesse, former president of the American Fighter Aces Association, and Col. Maj. Kabbaj, Royal Moroccan Air Force. The transfer to the Champlin Museum was approved formally by His Highness, King Hassan II. The MiG-17 disassembled in Morocco and transported by C-130 to the United States.

    Transported by ground.
    Moved to Mesa, AZ.

    Placed on display with Champlin Fighter Museum, Falcon Field, Phoenix, AZ.
