    Summarized NTSB narrative from report number LAX67D0027: There were no fatalities. Incident occurred at 09:00 hours. The damage was substantial. Ground looped or water swerved during the takeoff run. The aircraft nosed over during the takeoff run. The factors included; material failure. Report remarks include: Tailwheel casting p/n 75-2709 failed at oleo strut attach point. Incident occurred at or near Buttonwillow, CA.
