    Summarized NTSB narrative from report number MIA70DKJ22: There were no fatalities. Incident occurred at 16:52 hours. The damage was substantial. Incident occurred at the Napier Field Airport, Dothan, AL. The flight departed from Dothan, AL, with the destination Dothan, AL. The engine failed or malfunctioned while cruising. Collided with wires and/or poles while on final approach to land. The factors included; restricted vision. There was a partial power loss with the failure of one engine...
