Incident occurred at the Napier Field Airport, Dothan, AL. The flight departed from Dothan, AL, with the destination Dothan, AL. The engine failed or malfunctioned while cruising. Collided with wires and/or poles while on final approach to land. The factors included; restricted vision. There was a partial power loss with the failure of one engine...
