    Involved in an incident.
    Summarized NTSB narrative from report number OAK74DVG25: There were no fatalities. Incident occurred at 12:00 hours. The damage was substantial. This was a local flight from Capay, CA. Stalled or mushed while turning around. The factors included; pilot fatigue. Report remarks include: Pilot had flown 10 hrs in last 24. Incident occurred at or near Capay, CA.
