    Transferred to 79th Transportation Company, South Vietnam.

    Transferred to 119th Aviation Company, South Vietnam.

    From December 1967 to October 1970

    Transferred to 61st Assault Helicopter Company, South Vietnam.

    21 March 1969

    Damaged.
    While on Search and Rescue mission, shot by enemy mortar fire; recovered and repaired.

    19 April 1970

    Damaged.
    While on a Command and Control Mission, shot down by enemy ground fire; recovered and repaired.

    25 April 1970

    Damaged.
    While on a troop carrier mission, shot down by enemy mortar fire; recovered and repaired.

    November 1970

    Returned to USA with 1,655 combat hours flown.

    November 1970

    Transferred to University of Michigan Office of Naval Research, NAS Pensacola, FL.
    On loan.

    Circa 1971

    Converted to an UH-1H.

    From 1971 to 1983

    Transferred to Numerous units in Germany.
    Units included. 3rd Aviation Battalion Combat, VII Corps Aviation, 349th Aviation Company, 48th Aviation Company, 223rd Aviation Battalion, Headquarters and Headquarters Troop, 2nd Armored Cavalry Regiment.

    1983

    Transferred to U. S. Army Aviation Center, Fort Rucker, AL.

    1986

    Transferred to 2nd Infantry Division, Camp Casey, South Korea.

    1989

    Transferred to Alabama Army National Guard.

    20 December 2002

    To Army Aviation Heritage Foundation Inc, Hampton, GA with new c/r N624HF.

    8 May 2003

    Certificate of airworthiness for NX624HF (UH-1H, 66-16624) issued.

    Based at Sky Soldiers Demonstration Team/Army Aviation Heritage Foundation, Tara Field, Hampton, GA.
