    15 November 1986

    Crashed.
    There were two serious injuries. The accident occurred at the Corona Municipal Airport (L66) Corona, CA, United States while on appoach. The damage was substantial. The pilot of N621SR said that as he entered the pattern downwind he saw only one low wing aircraft which was just turning final for runway 25. On short final the pilot said he noticed the wing and cockpit of the other aircraft in his left side periphial vision one second prior to the collision...
