    17 June 1990

    Crashed.
    The accident occurred at the Aurora Minicipal Airport (ARR) Aurora, IL, United States while landing. The damage was substantial. The observed winds were 210 degrees at 16 knots with gusts to 24 knots. The conventional geared aircraft was landed on runway 27. Directional control was lost on roll-out and the aircraft ground looped to the left and nosed over.

    24 March 1998

    Crashed.
    The accident occurred at Walker Field (GJT) Grand Junction, CO, United States while taking off. The damage was substantial. While performing a touch-and-go landing on the first flight after the aircraft had been stored for the winter, the pilot landed with variable winds and during landing roll, the left wing lifted dragging the lower right wing on the runway. Damage was incurred on the lower right wing, aileron and lower right wing spar.
