    Crashed.
    The accident occurred at the Snohomish County (paine FLD) Airport (PAE) Everett, WA, United States while landing. The damage was substantial. The pilot reported that during the landing roll, as the tailwheel lowered, the airplane began to veer to the left. He applied full right rudder and right brake, with no effect. The pilot stated that he increased the throttle on the left engine, but by that time, the aircraft had veered partially off the runway to the left and struck an airport sign...

    Notes: At Campbell River, BC - This Beech 18 is an ex-US Navy RC-45J operated by the Historic Flight Foundation. The RH stab damage is from where it hit a sign on a runway excursion at Everett/WA.
