    Constructed as a C-141A-LM by Lockheed at Marietta, GA, USA.

    Circa 1 May 1967

    Taken on Strength/Charge with the United States Air Force with s/n 66-0186.

    Circa 1974

    To 438th Military Airlift Wing, McGuire AFB, NJ.

    Circa June 1979

    Converted to a YC-141B.
    This was the first C-141 to receive the stretch upgrade in the late 1970s.

    By November 1979

    To Air Force Flight Test Center, Edwards AFB, CA.

    From Unknown to 1 October 1992

    Transferred to 57th Military Airlift Squadron (Training), 443rd Military Airlift Wing, Altus AFB, OK.
