    Taken on Strength/Charge with the Force Arienne Belge with s/n B-11.

    Transferred to Heli Flight, Koksijde.
    Operated with markings: OT-ZKK

    April 1971

    Transferred to Helicopter Squadron, Koksijde.

    1974

    Transferred to 40 Squadron, Koksijde.
